• All orders that are made before the cut off time, 12pm, shall be processed on the same working day. Orders made after the cut off time shall be processed only on the next working day.

1. Order Acceptance Policy
An email confirmation of an online order does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Asencio Pte Ltd reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.

The preferred date to collect goods can be indicated on the online form. However, the date of collection may be subjected to the availability of products. Therefore collection date shall be advised again upon online order confirmation (details of contact no. & person are required)

Payment can be made upon receiving the goods. A sales invoice shall be issued.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation can only be accepted on the basis that the customer contact our company within 3 working days after an online order & collection date has been sent to us. Please note we reserve the right to review any cancellation of order.  

3. Return Policy
Once our products are sold, they are considered non-returnable. The only exception is faulty items provided they are reported to school uniform /book store within 3 working days upon acceptance of goods. Please provide a brief detail on the fault of the product(s) and the faulty items must be returned to us in their original packaging and accompanied with respective sales invoice.

4. Exchange Policy
When a product is sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following situations:
· Wrong items are delivered to the customer.
· Items are found to be faulty.
There is a one-to-one exchange for any product that is found to be wrongly delivered or faulty. To exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods.
The faulty items must be returned to us in their original packaging and accompanied with respective sales invoice.

5. Pricing Policy
Asencio Pte Ltd reserves the right to make changes to any published price of any product or item from time to time.

6. Delivery To Your Door-Step
Hand delivery to any home addresses is $6.00 per trip. Before an order is delivered, we shall call and confirm the delivery date. If there is no one to receive the goods at the indicated location, we shall contact the customer to arrange for a 2nd delivery. If 2nd delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a delivery charge of $6.00 will be imposed to customer for the next delivery upon request.
Payment can be made upon receiving the goods. A sales invoice shall be issued.

7. Privacy Policy
We collect only the information necessary for us to complete your order or to contact to you regarding the status of your order. The information we collect includes your name, email address, and address. The information we gathered from you will be used to improve your online shopping experience and to keep you in the loop of our latest happenings, promotions, updates, etc.

However please do take note that Asencio Pte Ltd does not store your credit card information nor rent or sell your name or personal information without your permission.
Asencio Pte Ltd does utilise "cookies". This is to ensure that we recognize you as a recurring visitor and also for us to track traffic patterns on our website. Be assured that the information we have gathered is kept completely anonymous and will be used to improvise the user-friendliness and functionality of this website.

Asencio Pte Ltd reserves the right to alter this privacy policy and alter all terms, regulations and discount rates at anytime without prior knowledge of all customers. Any necessary notification of change in company, shopping and discount policies will be sent to the email address that you have provided us.
